Reporting Patient Care or Safety
Concerns / Complaints:
Guttenberg Hospital strives to provide exceptional patient care, meeting all the needs of our customers. If any individual has any concerns about patient care and/or safety at the Guttenberg Municipal Hospital, that hospital staff has not addressed satisfactorily, he/she is encouraged to contact the hospital's administration. If the concerns cannot be resolved through administration, the individual is encouraged to contact The Joint Commission at the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report the concern or register a complaint by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing to complaint@jointcommission.org
